• Unused Credits: Unused credits after purchase may be refunded

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

• Credits successfully used for photo restoration
• Poor restoration results due to extremely low quality of original uploaded photos
• Subjective dissatisfaction with restoration style (non-technical quality issues)
• Requests made after the 30-day refund period
• Users who have violated the terms of service
